CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES!
We want to ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas.
The last date we will be shipping orders before Christmas is the 18th December, so we request that all orders are placed by the 17th December to allow for preparation.
Any orders placed after the 19th December will be dispatched on our return from holidays on the 4th January.
We use the Royal Mail First Class ‘Signed For’ service, so delivery is typically within a day or two for UK orders.
For International orders we ship Tracked. In order to receive your order in time for Christmas we’d recommend placing your order by the 10th December.

VINTAGE
Each piece is vintage and unique, lovingly handcrafted and used over time.
We aim to bring these pieces back to life, adapting them to suit a contemporary lifestyle.
Each piece is sensitively restored and reinterpreted while respecting their individual stories. We will stabilise and repair any damage, but allow for some frayed edges and marks when they add to the item’s character.
Each piece is packaged in a translucent reusable envelope with care card. Larger pieces are wrapped in acid free recycled tissue paper.

HANDMADE
We strive to use recycled or remnant textiles for our handmade cushions.
Our cushions are handcrafted using patchwork or painted techniques. Each cushion is unique, with slight variations in finishes that may vary from photographs on our website.
Special commissions
If you have a special event coming up and would like unique and special decorations do get in touch at contact@510laundry.com. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and source beautiful textiles and objects for bespoke centrepieces, table settings and room decorations, customised with bespoke colours and trimmings.
We also offer a Linens Refresh Service! Send your old table linens to us and we will customise them with natural dyes and gorgeous techniques to give them a new lease of life. Contact us at contact@510laundry.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Materials
The pieces we source are vintage. They are generally made from 100% natural fibres including silk, cotton and linen, though we can’t always be completely sure of the fabric content. There may be some man made fibres included in the textiles. Where possible we will state this in the product description.
We only use natural dyes including plant-based dyes such as Indigo, Madder, Weld, Turmeric, Logwood and Brazilwood.
As each piece has been hand dyed using natural dyes, colours are likely to fade over time with washing and exposure to strong sunlight. We see this as something beautiful. We hope you do too!
Care instructions
Our pieces have been used over time, some dating from the mid-1800s, so they may be delicate and susceptible to wear when washed.
We recommend carefully hand washing your textiles in cold water with a small amount of gentle detergent. Do not tumble dry. Where required use a dry hot iron.

We offer worldwide tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days from order date.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 working days of your item arriving.
Please ensure all items are returned with original packaging and in original condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty in which case you will be refunded in full.
